I am the Partner and sole solicitor at CDA Law. I offer a variety of legal services to clients from my office in Inverness. I can meet clients in my Inverness office, or take instructions from throughout the Highlands remotely.

I have worked as a lawyer at some of the oldest law firms in Scotland, where I gained a great deal of experience. My law career began in civil Court work, focussing mainly on family law, including divorce and child contact cases. I also acted for clients in debt recovery cases, interdicts and Guardianships.
I then spent three years specialising in personal injury law, dealing with minor road traffic accidents, employer’s liability cases and high value clinical negligence claims.
Prior to opening CDA Law, I acted for clients in Executry administration, and in preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Based in Inverness and covering the whole of the Highlands
After moving to the Highlands, it become apparent that not all clients have the ability to attend a law office in Inverness, which can sometimes be many miles from home, in order to instruct a solicitor. In fact, many clients prefer not to attend a law office at all and would rather meet with a solicitor remotely, especially in these times.
My law firm is in Inverness where I can meet clients in person, should they wish (whilst exercising social distance), or I can take instructions by telephone or video link.
When I am not at work, I spend my time carrying out DIY, and working my way through the Munros.
